Terms and Conditions

By registering or using Tabletabb, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the platform.

1. Description of the service

Tabletabb is a SaaS platform that allows restaurants to manage their digital menu, tables, real-time orders and team. The service includes an administration interface for the restaurant and a public interface for diners, accessible via per-table QR codes.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

To use Tabletabb you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. By creating an account on behalf of a business, you declare that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by writing to support@tabletabb.com.
  • Tabletabb reserves the right to suspend accounts with unusual activity or that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Sending spam, malware or harmful content
  • Attempting to access other restaurants' data
  • Reverse engineering, copying or distributing the software
  • Overloading or interfering with the platform's servers
  • Uploading content that infringes third-party rights (images, trademarks, etc.)

5. Restaurant content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the platform: item names, prices, images, descriptions and any menu data. You declare that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any laws or third-party rights.

Tabletabb may remove content that violates these terms or that receives valid legal claims.

6. Diner data

When using Tabletabb, your restaurant's diners enter their name and place orders through the platform. As the restaurant, you are jointly responsible for the processing of that data in the context of your business. You must have your own privacy policy in place that covers this relationship with your customers.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep Tabletabb available 24 hours a day. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

8. Intellectual property

All code, design, brand, logo and original content of Tabletabb are the exclusive property of Tabletabb and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights over them beyond the operational use of the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

Tabletabb is provided "as is". In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of profits, business interruption or data loss, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

10. Plans and billing

Pricing details, free trials and payment terms are specified on Tabletabb's pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you accept the corresponding billing terms. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal obligations.

Tabletabb may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

12. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you at least 15 days in advance of significant changes, via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts, unless we agree on an alternative dispute resolution method.
